This Privacy Policy became effective on December 27, 2024 and applies to the organisation of the FAB25 CZECHIA event.

The organizers of FAB25, namely Make more s.r.o. and The Fab Foundation, undertake to protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and other relevant legislation.

2. Categories of personal data we process

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Name, surname, title.
• Contact details: email, phone number, postal address.
• Participation data: Details of tickets purchased, selected workshops and other activities at FAB25.
• Payment data: Information needed to process payments (e.g. bank details).

• Special categories of data: dietary restrictions, health requirements or other specific requests, if voluntarily provided.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Organisation and administration of the event: managing registrations, selling tickets, communicating with participants and coordinating the programme.
